About Our Company

Thank you for choosing Gee-AR-Gee Construction Co, Inc. We have specialized in all phases of construction and home improvement in California since George Gutierrez founded the construction company in 1991.

Mr. Gutierrez was born into the construction business, being a third-generation general contractor here in the Southern California area with his family owning one of the largest home moving contracting companies in Los Angeles.

George remembers when he was 12 years old and already helping his grandfather and father move large Victorian homes and making way for the new freeway being built in Los Angeles. They would have to lift these giant homes and relocate them.

George would help out with setting the foundations along with the remodeling the home and later would handle all phases during his years in the family business.

Over 40 Years in the Business

One of Gee-AR-Gee Construction's first projects was to build a 1,500 square-foot replica of a Native American cabin from the 1890s in Palm Springs. It is one of his proudest moments.

George has also appeared on the Travel Channel's reality TV show, "Hotel Impossible" when his company handled the renovations for "The Curves Hotel of Palm Springs" in Season 1 Episode 22. This experience provided Gee-AR-Gee Construction the foundation needed as a special event contractor as the lead construction team for Coachella's and Stagecoach Music Festivals produced by Goldenvoice Productions.

Now in his 40th-plus year of experience with six grandchildren and having over 7,000+ projects completed in all phases of construction, George's motto continues to this day: We Aim to Please!!!
